The “Capricci alla Cannella” hazelnut pralines are obtained through a long and careful process of selection, control and roasting of the raw material. Once obtained a perfect browning, the hazelnuts are covered with a thin layer of caramelized coconut sugar and cinnamon, which, after hardening, will give the product a delicious, crunchy and exotic note.
